Joshua Homes specializes in single family and twin home construction. Founded in 1996, homes built by Joshua Inc feature unique design characteristics. Our companies main goal is to meet or exceed our customers' expectations. Currently in the Clear Lake area, Joshua Homes has the following developments: Pine Brooke and Sunset Ridge.

Pine Brooke is located off of 10th Ave N and Pine Brooke Drive (behind the Other Place Restaurant). This family friendly neighborhood offers a convenient location and 5 year tax abatement to new home owners. Only a few lots are available to choose from for your custom home.

Sunset Ridge is located off of Buddy Holly and 12th Ave N. It backs up to Pine Brooke development. This is also a family friendly neighborhood with a convenient location to many amenities.
