This mid-century modern ranch house has a remodeled bathroom with an open concept living room, kitchen and dining area and three roomy bedrooms. The interior walls have been completely repainted with decor throughout in restful shades of green. The bedrooms have carpet and the rest of the floors are refinished hardwood. This location is two blocks from the downtown area and one block from beautiful Central Gardens. There is a front patio with a BBQ grill.
