Please note: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Clear Lake, Iowa.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and build out our asset and collateral management system
- Manage our reputation management program, including online profiles and review sites
- Manage online store, including business cards and promotional materials
- Coordinate content for employee Intranet (SharePoint)
- Assist with online marketing initiatives, like SEO, Google Analytics, Google Business initiatives
- Coordinate collateral and promotional materials
- Assist with analyzing vendor performance, maximize advertising opportunities
- Work with the marketing team to update and maintain marketing collateral
- Coordinate a wide array of projects and collaborate with team members to keep workflow on track
- Proactively identify challenges and approach them with a can-do attitude
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure marketing functions run smoothly
- Ensure all team members have the information they need through clear and helpful communication
