Position Overview: This position plays a vital role in supporting our mission by ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and helping foster a positive and professional work environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment, application screening, and hiring processes Conduct new employee orientation Process monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness Coordinate required background checks Respond to unemployment claims and participate in fact-finding interviews Promote positive employee relations and confidentiality Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or public administration. (preferred) 1-2 years of experience in human resources.
