The Salvation Army of North Iowa and Alpha Media are happy to announce our 1st annual Dogfest! This will be taking place on September 21st at the North Iowa Events Center in the Kinney Building.
Doors will open at 9:30am and the event will run until 2pm.
The premier event will be our "Dog Runway Show" at 10am. This will be followed by several challenges including:
Best of Fest Contest
An Agility Course
Dog Trick Exhibition
Race To Your Guardian contest
In addition there will be a variety of family friendly dog themed activities to participate in including but not limited to a photo booth, face painting, and a chance to talk with a groomer or vet about any questions you may have. There will also be treats for humans and canines alike on site during the event.
Lastly, there will be a silent auction with a variety of dog goods throughout the day.
The $5 admission fee will go to support the various programs that The Salvation Army provides throughout the year for children, adults, and families in need.
