Elderbridge's "Slam Dunk" Against Hunger Fundraiser

You're invited to participate in Elderbridge Agency on Aging's "Slam Dunk" Against Hunger Online Fundraiser from March 22-29 here to help feed seniors who are food insecure. Elderbridge hopes to raise $25,000.

Your donation will:

• Help fund meals in 40-plus locations within 29 counties (congregate meal sites, home-delivered meals, and emergency meals)
• Reduce hunger, food insecurity, and malnutrition
• Improve health and well-being of clients through nutrition education
• Promote socialization in older individuals by interacting with others at meal sites.

Did you know? One out of every TWO older adults are at risk for malnutrition
Symptoms/Signs include: Loss of appetite and lack of interest in foods or fluids, unplanned weight loss, tiredness or low energy levels, and reduced ability to perform everyday tasks.
