Elderbridge hopes to raise $25\,000.\n\n\n\nYour donation will:\n\n	Help fund meals in 40-plus locations within 29 counties (congregate meal sites\, home-delivered meals\, and emergency meals)\n	Reduce hunger\, food insecurity\, and malnutrition\n	Improve health and well-being of clients through nutrition education\n	Promote socialization in older individuals by interacting with others at meal sites.\n\nDid you know?
