Walk around and visit a wide variety of organizations, demonstrations and vendors all concerned with preservation of some sort. Watch how kimchi, sauerkraut and apple cider are made. Learn how to save seeds and tag Monarchs. An incredible line up of speakers! Sarah Underberg, co-founder of Agri-cultured foods(Waukee) will share her passion for fermentation and its health benefits.
