Sample the goodness of nature at a table loaded with pickles\, preserves\, bread and more. Walk around and visit a wide variety of organizations\, demonstrations and vendors all concerned with preservation of some sort. Watch how kimchi\, sauerkraut and apple cider are made. Learn how to save seeds and tag Monarchs. An incredible line up of speakers! Sarah Underberg\, co-founder of Agri-cultured foods(Waukee) will share her passion for fermentation and its health benefits. Sarah will be followed by a series of 20 minute talks by Paul Willis(Niman Ranch)\, Lynn Herbert(NETZRO) and Seed Savers of Decorah! Fun for all ages! Stay for a free concert at 5pm by the Planet Pasengers!
