Start a rewarding job or improve your career by attending NIACC's new, comprehensive Customer Service Training program. Good customer service needs to be learned and continuously sharpened. This flexible program allows you to choose the classes that best fit your goals. This training is ideal for individuals from all industries. Learners who attend all six courses in the series will receive discounted tuition rate of $499 and a Customer Service Certificate after the successful completion of all classes. Foundations: We strongly encourage everyone to attend this Foundations course prior to the other sessions. This course offers guidelines and best practices for providing outstanding customer service that will enable participants to build, maintain, and increase a loyal customer base.
