SplitSeas Lake View Cottage is a spacious family home looking over Clear Lake. Relax and unwind with family/friends, and enjoy the view from our front patio. A 2nd patio with picnic seating and BBQ grill is perfect for creating memories around the table. North Shore provides a scenic drive along the lake, and we're 6 minutes from the historic downtown Surf District. Our 1 story cottage has just 5 stairs leading up to the door. Our property has 3 bedrooms: Master suite with queen bed and full bath, Bedroom with full bed, and bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is an additional full bath located in the rear hallway. The main living area features an open space with kitchen/breakfast bar, dining area and living room. There is a sleeper sofa located in the living room. Our home sleeps 8 individuals. We offer a 50'' smart TV to use with your personal subscriptions, and many games and books to enjoy. There is room for one car in the garage, and 3-4 cars in the driveway. The chairs on our cozy front raised patio offer the perfect space for looking out over Clear Lake. An additional side deck is furnished with a BBQ grill, tables, and chairs.
