Oakwood Care Center, a part of Clear Lake for over forty years, is dedicated to providing the best in Person Directed Care, employing the best in Direct Care employees. Consistent Staffing offers the residents added security in their daily care.

Oakwood provides a safe, updated and stimulating environment for those who live in Oakwood. Oakwood is committed to Person Directed Care--giving residents more choices in their day-to-day lives, such as when they get up, bathe, eat, go to bed and attend actvities. Oakwood incorporates the resident's favorite recipes in to the menu, residents have a choice of entrees, and they can ask for other food items as they desire.

Oakwood Care Center offers an award winning activiity department, giving residents a wide array of activities ranging from trips to local restaurants, the casino, area museums and other attractions, Lady of the Lake cruise, tours of the fall leaves, Christmas lights, new construction in the area, inter generational activities, holiday celebrations, s'mores by the fire pit in our beautifully landscaped garden, various themed family suppers, and a number of meaningful in-house activities--something for all!

Oakwood Care Center also offers Outpatient Therapy to all ages in the Clear Lake area, with physical, occupational, and speech therapy services in a comfortable environment that is easily accessible with parking only a few steps from the therapy room. Licensed therapists have the skills and experience to help you feel better and to achieve your therapy goals. A $50 referral bonus is offered.
