Kettlefield is a site development company based in Clear Lake and serving North Central Iowa. While you can hire Kettlefield to perform any of our offered services, the true benefit comes from being able to have one contractor to do all the necessary work needed to prepare the site for the next stage of construction. We can demo structures and pavement, grade the site, run utilities, excavate for foundations, pour footings and walls, and do finished concrete work like basement floor, building pads, driveways and more.
