Cookie Dough’tique started with a spoonful of edible cookie dough and a wild idea during Ragbrai—and suddenly, Bethany was mixing up more than just miles.
Born and raised in northeast Iowa, Bethany has always been the kind of person who says “why not?” and then builds something fun out of it. With a sweet tooth, a dream, and a passion for making people smile, she launched Iowa’s very first mobile cookie dough truck—and the rest is history.
Today, Cookie Dough’tique is serving up scoops of happiness at events, parties, festivals, and random Tuesdays across Northern Iowa. Whether you’re here for the dough, the doggie treats, or just a photo with the cutest dessert around, we’re so glad you stopped by.
