About Us
Blue Cottage: Completely remodeled in 2007, this unit is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious cottage (sleeps 4-12). The wood deck overlooks the lake which is just steps away from PM Park. The cottage has full views of the lake. The upper bathroom has a double shower, washer/dryer, this unit also includes a grill, ceiling fan, TV with cable and central Air Conditioning. A full kitchen is complete including microwave, coffee maker, toaster, all dishware, pots and pans. Linens and towels are also provided however you do not have maid service. The unit is non smoking and no pets are allowed. Weekly rentals start Friday with a 4:00 p.m. check-in to Friday with a 10:00 a.m. check-out. Our rates are $1500 per week with a $100 cleaning deposit. There is an additional charge for extra guests over 12. We do require a 50% deposit to hold your reservation.
