Wayne’s Ski & Cycle is looking for a full-time team member who enjoys working with people and has a genuine interest in cycling, skiing, fitness, and the outdoors. This is primarily a customer-facing sales position, so we’re looking for someone who is outgoing, approachable, and excited about helping customers find the right products for their needs.
You don’t need to be an expert cyclist or have previous bike-shop experience, but a strong interest in cycling and a willingness to learn are important. Mechanical ability is also a plus, as this position may occasionally involve working on bikes, skis, or fitness equipment. Experience isn’t required, but being comfortable working with your hands, troubleshooting problems, and learning new skills would be beneficial.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone dependable, personable, takes initiative, and enjoys being part of a team.
