Lead and Motivate the Team: Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and maintain high service standards.

Create a Warm and Inviting Atmosphere: Ensure every customer—whether new or a regular—feels welcomed and receives the highest quality service and products.

Prepare Specialty Beverages and Food: Craft and serve exceptional coffee and food menu items, adhering to our established recipes and presentation standards.

Oversee Daily Operations: Participate in various tasks such as serving guests, roasting coffee, prepping catering orders, and managing retail merchandise. Additional responsibilities include monitoring and recording temperatures, sales data, and labor efficiency.

Maintain Health and Safety Standards: Ensure a clean, sanitized, and organized work environment while following all health and safety guidelines.
