Barista

Livonia’s Coffee Bar is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Barista to join our team! We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment. Experience is always a plus, but a great attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability are most important to us. What You’ll Do: • Prepare and serve espresso drinks, coffee, matcha, and other menu items • Provide friendly and welcoming customer service • Learn our recipes and maintain consistency and quality with every drink • Take orders and accurately operate our point-of-sale system • Keep the coffee bar clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift • Assist with opening and closing responsibilities • Wash dishes, clean equipment, and maintain a clean workspace • Work efficiently with other team members during busy rushes • Help create the welcoming, community-focused atmosphere Livonia’s is known for What We’re Looking For: • Dependable and punctual • Positive, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers • Able to work well independently and as part of a team • Detail-oriented and willing to learn • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Willing to jump in and help wherever needed • Previous barista or customer service experience is a bonus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person!
