One Vision in Clear Lake is currently hiring a Maintenance Technician! We are looking for you if you love: Learning new Technology based Maintenance systems. Working in an open and transparent environment. Ensuring individuals with disabilities are safe and comfortable living space. As a part of our maintenance team, you will maintain and care for One Vision roads, grounds, buildings, vehicles, equipment, and technological based maintenance systems. Our Maintenance team members share on-call duties on a scheduled basis for both regular maintenance and snow removal to ensure safety of staff and individuals served. On the job training is provided! Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED equivalent. 2 years of verifiable maintenance experience preferred. Experience with heating & cooling, fire alarm system, surveillance, and home-based tech preferred. Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
