Our Business Banking Department is regarded as knowledgeable, resourceful and professional throughout the North Iowa area. Position Summary: The Treasury Management Officer (TMO) is responsible for managing the business development of Treasury Management solutions to new and existing business customers. Works closely with Business Bankers to jointly assist business customers. This position develops and implements customer relationship building strategies for TM services and works closely with operations on the ongoing support of TM customers. This position monitors the Bank’s Treasury Management services to ensure they are competitive with the market.
