Duties/Responsibilities: Works independently and collaboratively on architectural design projects and often coordinates project design efforts Develops planning and creative-design concepts for projects Creates project designs and plans for all phases of projects and coordinates building design consultants while monitoring drawings Initiates and creates project designs and plans of all phases of one or more projects and has responsibility for preparing presentation and design drawings Serves as secondary liaison contact with clients to bring projects to completion on schedule, within budget and with maximum client satisfaction Coordinates all project efforts to ensure effective execution, prepares strategic plans, and serves as primary client liaison Other duties as assigned What we are Looking For: Required Skills/Abilities: Zero to five years in developing details and providing planning and design support in the preparation of design development Proficient with computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD and Revit Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software Education and Experience: Zero to five years of experience Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited program preferred but not required Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times Occasional construction site visits may occur All offers are contingent upon the successful completion of references, background checks, and pre-employment drug screen.
