Client Service Specialist

Lamont Financial Group is hiring a Client Service Specialist to work in our Mason City West and Clear Lake Office. This full-time position provides the highest quality of customer service along with accuracy and precision in all aspects of account management service to Financial Services customers. Candidates must possess a high-level of personal accountability, strong attention to detail and follow-through. Duties include but are not limited to: Greet clients and answers telephone with a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and effectiveness. Schedule and prepare for client meetings. Ensure proper, organized, and complete documentation in client files. Set up new client accounts with a high degree of accuracy and completeness. Review daily transactions for accuracy and monitor transactions. Demonstrates knowledge of regulatory requirements and documentation. Qualifications: Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required. Associate’s degree or equivalent is preferred. Two (2) or more years of experience in a business office preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills Ability to travel between two work locations as needed Internet and PC proficiency; ability to learn, understand, and assimilate new technology knowledge.
