Walk with Y staff during Iowa Healthiest State 10th Annual Walk. Depending on your ability and comfort level, walk the fitness track or go on a guided outside stroll from the Y, around Big Blue and back. This event is FREE for All! Pre-Registration requested but not necessary. Walk times are 9am, Noon and 6pm. Walk one time or walk all 3 times.
