Celebrate the 51st anniversary of the North Iowa Vintage Automobile Club as they display vintage autos & motorcycles on the front lawn of Kinney Pioneer Museum along with special guests from the Jefferson Highway members. Some of the members will be on hand to answer questions. Special music, crafts and demonstrations will be held throughout the day. Brats, hot dogs, salad and beans will be available outside at noon.
Museum Hours are 1-5pm. Food is served outside starting at noon. Musical entertainment will be the Mockingbirds playing their music on the lawn. The Rug weaver, blacksmith, & broom maker will all be here demonstrating their craft, in addition to the many exhibits in the museum.
Experience life on the Iowa frontier through the vintage exhibits and living history at the museum. Museum consists of a main brick building, an old one room school house, a log cabin, a blacksmith shop, a local town's wooden jail, a metal building for display of agricultural equipment, a storage building and workshop, along with several outdoor items on display.
