Third Annual Upper Midwest Summer Institute of Buddhist Studies

During this week of study and practice, we will explore the foundational teachings on the Four Noble Truths.  There will be morning and afternoon sessions in the form of lecture and discussion, while each evening involves periods of sustained sitting and walking meditation practice.  Also offering Yoga and QiGong instruction.  Call for more details.
