Tenth Avenue North Scheduled to Perform at the Surf Ballroom for an Evening of Worship, Connection and New Music! The Surf Ballroom is pleased to welcome Tenth Avenue North back to our stage for an evening of powerful music and uplifting worship. After a four-year break, the band is returning with renewed energy, fresh faces, and the same unwavering commitment to sharing God’s love through their deeply personal and inspiring songs. Since forming in 2000, Tenth Avenue North has become a favorite in Christian music, delivering hit after hit like “Love is Here,” “By Your Side,” “Worn” and “I Have This Hope.” While they planned to wrap things up with a farewell tour in 2020, the pandemic had other plans. What seemed like a final chapter became a new beginning, giving the band time to reflect, recharge and reconnect with their mission. “God has a way of using what we think are endings to create new opportunities to experience Him,” says Mike Donehey, co-founder and lead singer. “The last four years have been a gift, and I’m excited to hit the road again, see familiar faces, and share what God’s been doing in our lives.” With the addition of new members Thomas Ewing and Monty Rivera, Tenth Avenue North is ready to continue where they left off. Their newest single, “Invited,” carries a message that resonates deeply: everyone is welcome in God’s grace.
