After the kites fly, kite enthusiasts will have the chance to experience a different kind of flight. Vocalist Denise Shipler will present "Soar!" - a free concert at the Arts Center in the Sukup Performing Arts Wing. Freewill donations will be accepted. Doors open at 7:00, you are encouraged to show up early, as there is limited seating.
