Journey Health and Wellness Expo

Welcome to the 2019 inaugural Journey Health and Wellness Expo. Whether you want to learn about natural health, herbal medicine, nutrition, or how to inspire natural living we've got something for you! The Journey Health and Wellness Expo will be a full day of holistic health classes for people seeking an in-depth educational opportunity in your own backyard. The Expo will take place at The Lodge, a beautiful home and a retreat center in Ventura Iowa, just 10 minutes from Clear Lake. In keeping with our philosophy at The Journey Health Shop, of supporting natural health, we have put together Eight informative and fun workshops that will be taught by a variety of accomplished practitioners and educators. There will be something for everyone from beginning to advanced learners. We will also be offering an optional Gentle Morning Yoga class and an Evening Drum Circle to close our day. Relax at the Lodge between classes and join us for herbal teas, and a delicious lunch buffet provided by Simply Nourished. We hope you'll join us on an adventure to learn new things, or to brush up on stuff you already know. These classes are a wonderful way to empower yourself in your wellness journey, connect with community, and have some fun while you’re at it.
