Halloween Parade & Art Activity
Youngsters preschool through third grade gather for photos then parade downtown in their costumes. Goodie bags are distributed to participants. Sponsored by the Clear Lake Parks & Recreation Department.
***After the parade, go to the Arts Center to make a Halloween Art project! There will also be a photo opportunity by Lea Speakar. Pets are welcome too!
