Join us as we open the City of Ventura's time capsule and kick off the Summer Reading Program! Live music, free activities and vendors! Kids parade begins at 1:30 PM - decorate your bike, trike or wagon and line up at 1:15 by the firetruck. Time capsule will be opened at 2:00 PM.
