Educator's Breakfast

Be part of an exciting new Clear Lake Area Chamber program that has great potential – our new Educator Appreciation Breakfast. 
 
The breakfast will be on Wednesday morning, August 14, at the Middle School cafeteria (1601 3rd Ave N.), beginning at 7:30 a.m. Here’s what our new Educator Appreciation Breakfast program is all about:
 
·         It provides an  excellent way for the business community to say “thank you” for a great job to teachers and staff as they start their new academic year
·         Workforce development is a key and these kids are our future, so businesses have a natural self-interest in our educational community
·         The sponsor fee is only $150 for your business to sponsor a table with 12 teachers
·         Sponsoring businesses  get a chance to visit with the teachers at their table during the breakfast
·         It’s a terrific way to have your company name linked to a captive group of teachers, whose sphere of influence spreads beyond the kids, to their parents and to other vendors
 
The breakfast will be followed by a brief program recognizing business sponsors of the event.  The teachers and staff will then move on to their regular administrative meeting as we leave. We are limited to 22 table sponsors, so I hope you can be one of the first sponsors to respond.
 
I urge you to consider being part of this new pioneering venture as the Chamber begins a special partnership with our community schools. There is a limit of 22 table sponsors, so this will be a first come, first served!  Sign up now as a sponsor.  Just complete the sponsorship form and return it to the Chamber no later than August 2nd!
