Earth Day Community Clean-Up

Make a difference in your community and enjoy some good "clean" family fun at the Clear Lake Earth Days Community Cleanup and Festival on Saturday, April 20, 2013!

Families, neighborhoods, and businesses have made it their annual rite of spring to pitch in an hour or two to help freshen up the community after winter. Clear Lake's first festival of the season is open to everyone, with popular close ups of wild animals, some giant "talking" critters, crafts, the Fun Run, free food and more, all in City Park. Free shredding and electronics recycling also is part of the event.
Clear Lake Earth Days are launched with the 5K and 10K Run and filled with other fun and educational activities including storytelling events at the Clear Lake Public Library, arts projects and displays at the Clear Lake Arts Center and the popular Green Expo at the Surf.
