Drink Local .5K

Join us for our 2nd Annual Drink Local .5K, a unique event that celebrates our local Clear Lake establishments with minimal exercise. This fun and exciting race will take place on May 20th, 2023, starting at Lake Time and going all the way to the sea wall. Participants will enjoy four beverage breaks along the scenic route, with resting points at partner bars including VFW, Elly's, Tap'd, and rookies. Don't forget to get a punch from each of them to enter into the prize drawings that will take place back at Lake Time at 6:00 pm. No need to train for this race, but participants must be 21 or older to enter. Registration is available in advance at Lake Time for $30 per person, and participants will receive a free t-shirt. Registration is also available on the day of the event for $35, but t-shirts are not guaranteed. Check-in starts at noon at Lake Time on Saturday, May 20th. Participants can pick up their t-shirt and punch card and start the race whenever they're ready. This is a timed event, and prizes will be awarded to the slowest participants. The event will also feature a food truck from 1-6 pm, with Peelz And Wheelz serving up their delicious pizza that pairs perfectly with our craft beer.
