Cooking Up Culture

Cooking Up Culture is a series of fun, demonstration style classes hosted by Healthy Harvest of North Iowa, Central Gardens, and the Clear Lake Arts Center. On the third Wednesday of each month, we?ve invited a guest chef to share a favorite recipe from their heritage and tell stories about their culture. This summer we will feature Mexican, Korean, Venezuelan and Soul Food. The class will alternate between the Clear Lake Art Center and Central Gardens so be sure you pay attention to the date and location of each class. Attend 1 class or all 4.
