Clear Lake Arts Center:FREE Halloween Art Activity

Children of all ages are invited to participate in a Free Art Activity at the Clear Lake Arts Center on Saturday, October 28 after the Parks and Recreation Halloween Parade. The parade begins at 9:30 a.m. at City Hall in Clear Lake and proceeds down Main Avenue to City Park. Come dressed in costume. Pictures will be taken of each age group from pre-school through third grade and published in the Clear Lake Mirror Reporter. All participants receive a goodie bag after the parade. Then after the parade, all children are invited to the Clear Lake Arts Center at 17 South 4th Street in beautiful downtown Clear Lake to participate in a FREE Creative Kids Halloween Art Activity sponsored by the Clear Lake Noon Lions Club.
