Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce 2020 Annual Meeting & Awards Luncheon

Join us for our 2020 Annual Meeting and Awards Presentation luncheon on Tuesday, January 26^th. Choose to attend our Roarin’ Goodbye to 2020 socially distanced and in-person at The Surf Ballroom or virtually via Zoom. Doors will open at 11 a.m. and the program will begin at 12 p.m.

While 2020 was full of challenges, we overcame and have a lot to celebrate! We look forward to announcing our annual award winners, recognizing incoming and outgoing Board members, and kicking off a fresh new year (hallelujah) with all of you!

In-person tickets are limited, so secure your seat today if you’d like to join us in the ballroom.

What in-person attendees can expect:

• Doors will open at 11 a.m. Please enter through the main Surf Ballroom entrance.
• Lunch will be provided by K&B Emporium. Lunches will be pre-packaged and a variety of beverages will be available for you to choose from when you enter the ballroom.
• Find a seat at one of the socially distanced tables (limit of 4 people per table) and enjoy your lunch & some music.
• The annual meeting & awards presentation will begin at 12 p.m.

• Enjoy the same great K&B pre-packaged lunch as in-person attendees.
• Between 11-11:30 a.m. drive-thru and pick up your meal along the East side of the Surf Ballroom. Someone will bring your lunch and a bottled water right to your vehicle window.
• Join the Zoom at 11:30 a.m. to enjoy the music.
• The annual meeting & awards presentation will begin at 12 p.m.

• Meeting will be held in the main ballroom to all for social distancing
• Hand sanitizer will be available upon arrival
• Lunches will be individually bagged
• The mic will be on a mic stand, so it doesn’t have to be passed
• Attendees are required to wear a face covering when not seated
• The virtual option is available for those uncomfortable attending in person
• Please use good judgment and do not plan to attend in person if you have recently been exposed to COVID-19 or are feeling ill.
