Class: Delft Delights - Zentangle® Inspired Art at the Clear Lake Arts Center

Zentangle Inspired Art covers a wide range ofstyles & mediums. It is essentially artwork that is inspired by and/or includes Zentangle pattern drawing and is representational, not abstract or unplanned. Join us for Delft Delights. A 2 ½ hour ZIA class where we’ll lean a bit about the Dutch town of Delft and its blue & white earthenware. This class was created by Marguerite Samama, a Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT) from Amsterdam, Netherlands. We’ll draw on a 3-1/2 in square tile, and on a Zendala tile. Zendala tiles are round, and we’ll use them to create plates with beautiful blue tangles, or patterns. this class is for everyone! No Zentangle experience is required, and all tools and materials are included, and you’ll get a few extra tiles so you can play more at home! Ages 16+
