The fourth annual event starts in City Park raising funds to battle Parkinson's Disease. This walk celebrates the courageous battle those with Parkinson's Disease wage every day against this chronic neurological disease that doesn't yet have a cure. They are joined by family, friends, neighbors, and others who have witnessed the challenges of this disease. Funds raised go to Michael J. Fox Foundation to support research to find a cure and to local organizations that help those with Parkinson's Disease fight back and slow the disease, such as Rock Steady Boxing Mason City.
