Bark at the Beach

Calling all party animals!! Get ready for some four-legged fun at our Bark at the Beach event on Saturday, June 15th! This family friendly event is being held at the Clear Lake Yacht Club (103 Main Avenue) right by City Beach in beautiful downtown Clear Lake from noon-3:00 pm. Admission will be $15 at the door and includes live music by MJM Acoustics, lunch and refreshments. NEW THIS YEAR---"Beachin' Backdrop Photo Op" Craig Kienast of Images Photography will be on site ready to capture your four-legged beach buddy's best pose!! Photos of your pet will be available for purchase through Images Photography after the event. ALSO NEW THIS YEAR-- CONTESTS!!! Enter your pooch into one of our FUN contests to win some fabulous prizes. This year's contests include: -Best Trick -Best Howl -Best Look-A-Like (the pet who most resembles their owner!) CONTESTS BEGIN AT 1:00!!! This event is BYOD (Bring Your Own Dog!): Friendly dogs are welcome!! Don't have a beach buddy??? Don't worry...we'll have several shelter dogs on site that are looking for forever homes. All proceeds go to the shelter animals at the Humane Society of North Iowa...saving lives since 1959!
