Association for the Preservation of Clear Lake Picnic
Association for the Preservation of Clear Lake (APCL) Members and the public are invited to attend the picnic dinner and program at PM Park. Program speakers include Scott Grummer, Iowa DNR Fisheries Biologist; Adam Sears, Clear Lake and Winnebago River Watershed Coordinator; and Rob Patterson, Iowa DNR Wildlife Biologist.
