Central Gardens of North Iowa and the Clear Lake Arts Center(CLAC) invite artists who work in oil, watercolor, acrylic, pastel or charcoal to come to Clear Lake to paint in plein air! Observers welcome! An exhibition will follow at the CLAC where the finished pieces can be viewed or even purchased!
