Enjoy fun, refreshments, and drawings at the 4th Annual Party Expo featuring a variety of home-based businesses from the North Iowa Area. Located in our Affordables on First retail store, this division of North Iowa Vocational Center provides retail training opportunities for persons with disabilities seeking community employment.
