Event will include a dedication ceremony for the newly completed "Three Stars Plaza". An unveiling of the central art feature which pays tribute to the legacy of Buddy Holly\, JP Richardson and Ritchie Valens. Plus aceremony for the honorary dedication of JP Richardson Avenue & Ritchie Valens Drive and a re-dedication of Buddy Holly Place. Reception immediately following. Rain location will be at the Surf Ballroom\, 460 North Shore Drive. Please RSVP by emailing to clclerk@netins.net. Parking available in Surf Ballroom parking lot.
