DESCRIPTION:Don was born and raised throughout Central Iowa\, spending most of his life in Hardin County\, where he currently resides in Eldora. Don picked up his friend's guitar at 14 years old and took to it immediately. Ever since\, Don has been enamored with the instrument. Finding his own way and sound while being inspired and influenced by an array of guitar greats (Jimmy Page\, Duane Allman\, Jack White\, David Gilmour\, Rory Gallagher\, SRV\, Buddy Guy\, Albert King\, Derek Trucks\, and many more). Over the past 5 years\, Don has been a part of various groups and projects\, played with Iowa Hall of Famers\, and gigged all over the state of Iowa\, Alpine and the Stockyards of Texas\, as well as Broadway Street in Nashville\, Tennessee. Don often Utilizes live looping and guitar fed harmonies during solo sets\, allowing him to achieve a full band sound\, while putting his own jam/blues stank on songs from multiple eras.
