LOCATION:Downtown Clear Lake Carnival: City Park Bingo Tent: City Park Craft Fair: Under water tower\, SW corner of City Park Parade Route: Start at 2000 block of Main Avenue\, travel to 300 block of Main Avenue\, turn south down 3rd Street and proceed 1 block\, turn east onto 1st Avenue South and proceed one block\, turn south on South 4th Street proceed one block\, and end at the corner of South 4th Street and South 8th Street. The traditional parade is at 10am on July 4th. Fireworks are ALWAYS held on Independence Day (July 4th) at 10pm. They are shot off multiple barges on Clear Lake. In the rare case of inclement weather\, fireworks will be rescheduled to Saturday\, July 7th at 10pm.
