DESCRIPTION:This 7th Annual Event offers an opportunity to stroll down a vibrant Main Street while enjoying wine samplings\, seminars and artist demonstrations\, shopping\, fall decor\, a huge farmer's market\, vendors\, trolley rides\, homemade salsa contest\, grape stomp competition\, pumpkin roll relay\, waiter race\, food\, live jazz music and more! Pre-registration and purchase of a Harvest Festival Bag required to take part in wine samplings. Bags go on sale July 1\, 2011 and are available at the Chamber Office or on our website (click on Harvest Festival logo for event specifics and order form)\n\n\n\nHarvest Festival Events at Central Gardens:\n\nBulb Sale 9am-4pm: Choose from a unique and hardy selection of tulips\, narcissus\, fritillaria\, and allium. Plant now for spring color!\n\nGardening Info Sessions 9:30am: All About BULBS   10:30am Hydrangea varities for Iowa\n\nPumpkin Painting for Kids: 10am-2pm\n\nBees! 10am-2pm: Taste honey and visit with Cindy Richardson\, local beekeeper. Kids can see and learn what it takes to raise bees.\n\nCLHS Juggling Club 12-1:30pm: Is it possible to juggle pumpkins...or gourds? Come see for yourself! Demonstrations plus juggling tips!
