DESCRIPTION:On behalf of Community Health Center of Mason City\, it is my great pleasure to invite you to our Fifth Anniversary Open House on November 9th from 4:00   6:00 p.m. We welcome you to join us for complimentary root beer floats\, cookies\, and snacks in our lobby. You will also have the opportunity to meet our new and existing providers and tour our clinic. The Community Health Center of Mason City opened its doors on October 1\, 2018\, offering medical\, dental and behavioral health services all under one roof. We are proud to have served over 17\,087 patients during our first five years in the community. We are also proud to be part of the Northcentral Iowa community bringing together many organizations during our annual Back-To-School Block party in August each year. While the Community Health Center of Mason City celebrates five years\, our namesake Community Health Center of Fort Dodge has been in operation since 2006. We have a long history of providing healthcare to the communities we serve. We also staff a financial advocate to assist patients and non-patients with insurance as well as a social worker that helps connect to patients to needed resources in the community. In addition\, Community Health Center of Fort Dodge has locations in Dayton and Eagle Grove\, Iowa.
