DESCRIPTION:CG Public Health is partnering with the North Iowa Children's Alliance to provide three prenatal and postpartum wellness classes for expecting and new parents. The Baby & Toddler Food Prep Course is a 2-hour workshop focused on the basics of introducing babies to solid foods\, prepping nutritious meals for the picky toddler\, and learning how to feed the mother's body with nutritious foods postpartum to support breastfeeding and general health. The Baby & Toddler Food Prep Course will be held Tuesday\, December 14th from 6-8 pm at Simply Nourished (13 S Federal in Mason City\, Iowa   on the downtown plaza.)
