Limited to 40 participants.\n\n\n\n8:30am-noon: Initial evaluation of children 2-7 years of age referred for autism services following diagnosis.\n\n1-4:30pm: The afternoon will include a rare glimpse into the actual process of evaluating a chld with autism and making a plan for helping the child.\n\n\n\nSaturday\, September 20th:\n\nChallenging Behavior in Autism\n\nEnrollment is extended to include parents\, paraprofessionals\, & the general public\; no attendance limit.  Free childcare is available Saturday only.\n\n\n\n8:30am-noon: Causes and intervention strategies for late preschool through elementary school age children.\n\n1-4:30pm: Causes and interventions for behavior challenges in adolescents with autism.
