DESCRIPTION:Free Movement Class - This class will take place every Saturday from June 20th to July 18th (EXCEPT JULY 4th) from 8:30 to 9:30 am on the Ceremonial Lawn at Central Gardens of North Iowa at 800 2nd Avenue North in Clear Lake. The following is the class schedule: June 20 8:30 am QiGong - QiGong is a form of Tai Chi24 Posture Therapeutic Qi-Gong is an ancient form of Tai Chi that is beneficial for improving posture\, balance\, and flexibility. The movements are designed to provide gentle tension to muscles and circular motion to joints to open up the flow of energy throughout the body. This is appropriate for all ages and level of fitness as it is done standing up. - instructor-Debbie Mitchell June 27 8:30 am Barre Class -Fuses traditional ballet barre with strength training\, Pilates\, and yoga.
